ZARAT DISCOVERY DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
General Setting

Zarat Discovery
The Zarat Discovery straddles the boarder between the Zarat North Concession of ETAP (Tract A of 44 sqKm) and the Joint Oil Exploitation area (Tract B of 54 sqKm). Both tracts are unitized and referred to as a Unit Area under a Unitization Agreement.
It is situated in a rich producing offshore area at an approximate water depth of 90 m as it is encompassed by the large El Bouri, Ashtart and Miskar Fields.
Furthermore, its proximity to the Miskar field infrastructure facilities, and to major logistics ports of the cities of Sfax and Zarzis optimizing offshore operations.
El Gueria (Ypresian) Depth map

ZARAT Concession DEVELOPMENT SCENARIO
Plan of Development
Gas blowdown with early production scenario using Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU)
- Pipeline (Zap-Lok Technology)
- Membrane technology
Development in 2 phases:
- Phase 1 : 3 wells (2 crestal + 1 GOC)
- Phase 2 : 3 wells + 1 contingencies in case of well failure
Nearby infrastructure
Provides ready access from Zarat Discovery to treatment and export facilities

ZARAT PRODUCTION PROFILE & KEY FINANCIAL PARAMETERS
Robust NPV & IRR at an oil price of 50 US$ / bbl and gas price of 7 US$/Mscf
Development CAPEX around 1 B US$
